Lotus Lantern Festival, No changes even in the rain

Dear guests,
Welcome to Lotus Lantern Festival. As you may know there will be some rain in the evening of 12th May while the lantern parade will be held.
There will be no change of the program on 12th or 13th May even the bad weather.
Please put on more clothes to keep you warm to enjoy the parade.
