Lotus paper?

I attended the lotus festival two years ago and during the festival I joined in the festivities of making some lotuses. I even brought home a small lotus lantern with me, and ever since then I%27ve been wanting to make more lotuses, but I can%27t seem to find the paper here in Toronto, Canada. Does anybody know how I can either buy the crimped paper to make the lanterns, or how I can crimp the paper myself?
